Glynis Hobson
Glynis joined Co-Ownership in 2017 as Director of Customer Services.
Glynis’ role focuses on leading Co-Ownership’s customer facing teams and ensuring that they deliver our stretching business plan goals to support customers into home ownership. Glynis is passionate about service excellence and has led Co-Ownership’s work to become accredited ServiceMark members of the Institute of Customer Service. With a background in digital Glynis is also responsible for the digital transformation of Co-Ownership’s customer experience.
Glynis plays an active role in the third sector and is Vice Chair of Cavaliers in Need a local animal rescue.
