If your application for Co-Own, Co-Own for Over 55s or Rent to Own has been declined a member of our team will call you to discuss the reasons why.

You will need to wait 3 months before re-applying. Please remember that you will be charged a new assessment fee when you apply again, so be sure to check that you meet all the criteria. If you have been declined for Co-Own or Rent to Own we would also recommend that you speak with a financial adviser and check your credit report.
