Repairs

The repairs process differs for Co-Own, Co-Own for Over 55s and Rent to Own.

If you are a Co-Own or Co-Own for Over 55s customer, you are responsible for any repairs and maintenance to your home, as set out in the Equity Sharing Lease.

If you are a Rent to Own tenant, we will repair or replace fixtures & fittings that we have supplied that are no longer in working order through our subcontractors. To report a repair between the hours of 9:00am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday, please call the repairs desk on 028 9622 5760 or email to repairs@connswater.org.uk. They will require your name, address, phone number and a brief description of the problem. If you have an emergency outside of the above hours, please call the emergency repairs line on 0800 731 3081, which is managed by Radius Connect.
