Paul Buggy
Paul Buggy qualified as a solicitor in Northern Ireland since 1981, and worked in the Law Centre NI before moving to the Legal Department of the Northern Ireland Housing Executive.
He worked in the NIHE for more than 20 years (until April 2007), and was its Head of Legal Services during most of that period. Paul was a part-time employment judge from 1998 until 2007. He became a full-time employment judge in 2007. He was a salaried employment judge from then onwards, until 2019. He retired in September 2019.
