Alan Ledlie
Alan Ledlie is a highly successful Transformation, Change and Portfolio/Programme Manager, with a proven record in delivering innovative and effective ICT project and service solutions in complex environments. He serves on the Finance & HR Committee.
With over 30 years experience, Alan has a demonstrable ability to direct and deliver multi-national/multi-functional ICT programmes and to lead global ICT service provision with extensive exposure to Transformation, Transition and Change Management, complex ICT Portfolio/Programme/Project Management, Service Management, Risk Management and ICT Leadership.
Alan is also a long-standing member of the Management Board of Start 360, a charitable organization making a difference in the fields of Health, Justice and Employability, and is currently serving as Chairman. He is also Owner/Managing Director of his two businesses, in the hospitality and consultancy sectors, which he both established and maintains hands on involvement in whenever possible.
