Renting out your home

Co-Own and Co-Own for Over 55s enables people to live in an affordable home. Therefore, we would normally not permit you to sub-let your home unless there are exceptional circumstances. If you wish to sub-let your home, please contact us to discuss this. Renting your home out without our permission is a breach of your agreement with us.
